TüyDik is a free mobile app that allows users to find, review, and share toilets in their area. By using the app, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.

Acceptance and Updates
These Terms take effect when you first use the application. TüyDik may update them from time to time; significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account and User Obligations
No account is needed to search and view toilets. To contribute (write reviews, share photos, submit toilet requests), you must be at least 13 years old and register with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

User Content
The toilet requests, reviews, and photos you share must be accurate and honest. Misleading, abusive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. TüyDik reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend the relevant account. A suspended account cannot use the app, and the user is shown the reason for the suspension.

Intellectual Property
The design, logo, and original content of the application belong to TüyDik and are protected by applicable law. Part of the toilet data comes from OpenStreetMap; this data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the Open Database License (ODbL). Users are granted only a personal, non-commercial right to use the app.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use the app to harass others, spread false information, share spam or commercial content, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

Limitation of Liability
TüyDik does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content such as addresses or opening hours. TüyDik cannot be held liable for decisions made based on this information. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unexpected interruptions.
