Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. The toilet requests you submit, the reviews you write, and the photos you upload are stored on our servers. Your location is used only to show nearby toilets and is never saved. If your account is suspended for violating the rules, the reason and date of the suspension are stored with your account.
03
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to create your account, provide app features (favorites, reviews, points system), and ensure security. Your personal data is never used for marketing or sold to third parties.
04
Sharing with Third Parties
Your data is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the service. It is never shared commercially with any third party, except when required by law.
05
Data Retention and Security
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your account and its records (profile, reviews, favorites, toilet requests) are permanently deleted immediately. You can request deletion of your uploaded photo files at alirslan.dev@gmail.com. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and all data transfers are encrypted.
06
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at alirslan.dev@gmail.com.
07
Cookies
The TüyDik mobile app does not use browser cookies. Session data required for the app to function is kept only for technical purposes and is not used for marketing.
